Marble Beer House collects Pub Of The Year certificate

Pub Of The Year PresentationMarble Beer House (Manchester Road, Chorlton) was presented with their richly deserved Pub Of The Year award on Wednesday 8th June.

Around 30 local CAMRA members joined regulars to see the award presented by branch Chair Beverley Gobbett. Beverley told the audience that Marble Beer House has been highly rated by the branch ever since first opening 13 years ago. It has been featured in every single edition of The Good Beer Guide that it has been eligible for and regularly rates in the top 5 local pubs by members beer quality scores entered into CAMRA's National Beer Scoring System.

Manager Caroline Jones was presented with the award alongside James Cambell, who as well as being head brewer at Marble Beers is a local resident and a regular of the Beer House.
