Chorlton Challenge 2015
Friday 20th & Saturday 21st November 2015

The Chorlton Challenge is the annual survey of Chorlton's 26 pubs and bars which serve cask ale. With the opening of The Elk, Chorlton now has more pubs serving real ale than ever before making this the biggest Challenge ever.

Spread over two days, the challenge is to visit all 26 pubs but if you can't make the full weekend just drop in when you feel you can to support your local pubs. If you know the area then it may be a chance to visit pubs you don't regularly go to.

Times shown bold are planned meeting points, all other times approximate.
If lost call 07979 350863 or 07879 880972

Mild Magic 2013The local branches of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) in Manchester, Stockport & the surrounding towns are pleased to announce details of Mild Magic 2013.

Mild Magic is the annual celebration of an endangered beer style, cask conditioned Mild which for 2013 will see over 100 pubs participating in a "pub passport scheme" - one of the largest such promotions in the country. These pubs have committed to stocking a cask conditioned Mild for the duration of the promotion with drinkers able to collect stickers when drinking Mild in these pubs. At the end of the promotion, completed sticker cards can be exchanged for prizes including free entry to Stockport Beer Festival and a range of exclusive Mild Magic clothing.
